Jeanne Evertts Fields -
OWNER
Fields Marketing provides services to manufacturers of Decorative Concrete Products and Decorative Concrete Contractors. Jeanne
Fields has written articles for concretenetwork.com and RESIDENTIAL CONCRETE magazine published by Hanley-Wood where she also
has editorial responsibilities.
Prior to beginning this company, Jeanne Fields worked many years selling and marketing decorative concrete paving. She was
Vice President and owner in charge of sales and marketing for a Specialty Concrete Company in the Chicago Area. The company
installed colored, patterned and stained concrete, and also did industrial floors. Duties included: developing the market
plans, production of newsletters and brochures, architectural presentations, and office and personnel management. Challenges
in the Chicago area called for a marekting strategy that addressed decorative concrete in a freeze thaw climate. OTHER
WORK OPPORTUNITY… in California was to develop a new sales and marketing program for a decorative
paving company— This included outside sales, client lists, list management, the marketing plan, mailings, newsletters,
and writing articles for publications on notable work installed.
Business Associates say.. .....
From Joe Nasvik, senior editor at "Concrete Construction Magazine":
"I worked over a period of ten years with Jeanne. During that time period our company grew, changed
directions, identified more profitable areas for work and turned those targets into jobs. The marketing plan and execution
changed the nature of the company" ...Joe
John Albinger, President of Vans Material, Frankfort,IL "I have known Jeanne for 25 years.
She had no experience with concrete when she started. The respect she gained was not only a result of acquired knowledge
but also a response to her obvious enthusiasm and involvement. She actively participated in various industry associations
as well as frequently "jumping in" to help place and stamp the concrete. There is no question that Jeanne enjoyed whatever
she did; promotions, sales and installation. Will she do a good job for whomever she works for? Absolutely!"...John
